Ddm makes some quality stuff. I personally don't use them but know many who do.

No, I usually just clean the screen with carb cleaner.
I've heard of the tt kickstands not being an EXACT fit, but they certainly do the trick...sorta. Most ktm kickstands suck IMO.

Pmb is clunky but does exactly what it's supposed to. Scott's stainless filters. They and the little ones get cleaned and then blasted with compressed air. Air tools are my favorite.

He doesn't sell it so he mentions ddmtuning.com and says they have a HID kit that uses the existing shroud for about $40, and that's what he has on his bike. At that price an experiment is in order. So, I'll report back once I get it installed.

I put a dirt tricks on my 530,its tiny and cute.
It doesnt pass as much air as the KTM hard parts fan but also doesnt draw near as much power. My bike hasnt boiled the rad much on trails yet so I havent tried the fan much.

i'm looking at adding an overflow catch, but there doesn't really seem to be room to do that.

good to hear on spal. seems beefier.

i got one of those overflow kits for my 200, what a PITA. nothing would stop air from getting in the line. i see motion pro makes a little bottle, when i pull it apart i'll look to see if i can rig something. i wanted to ask the question, as i don't want to reinvent the wheel!

depends .... zip-tie on a pc fan (lots of threads over at ktmtalk on this [you don't _need_ the trailtricks kit] .... the spal sucks way more air but it draws over 35w and the stock dc circuit can't power that ...you can always start with a pc fan and see how it works for you, if you need more cooling you know what to do next

thanks. i'm thinking i want to put on the TT 100w stator, ht racing cooler, and spal fan kit. i think i'd rather have it on a thermostat than having to remember to turn it off!

you can use a thermostat with a pc fan .... just sayin', I did for a while till a tree branch broke the fan casing .... but if you're committed to buying the stator anyways
