Between Gomez Palacio and Hidalgo de Parral, in the state of Chihuahua. Ranch land for miles and roads without traffic for as far as you could see. I must've averaged about 100 mph for I-dont-know-how-long. Just as I entered the traffic circle approaching the city of Hidalgo de Parral, I picked up what looked to be a drill shank in the rear tire. Even my flats came at opportune times!

No crossing guards needed.

From the driver seat of my luxury SUV (68 Bronco) at 70 mph with my 72 year old father in law on Super Bowl Sunday. We were heading back to Ballarat from Stovepipe Wells in DV after doing two days of dirt with three generations of family.

Last Summer when the San Jaoquin Valley was 113 degrees, I hit some mountain roads.......It was still very warm just south of Lake Tahoe on some very sanitarty blacktop.
