South of Loreto, headed north. You can see a little of the Gulf of California in the first pic....

A closer view of my brother going into the corner....

Haven't we done this lonely road thing already?

Hell, it's still good.

Looked the same looking back, too, across the Pecos Valley in New Mexico.

Farther west, near, uh..., well not too near anything. City of Rocks SP. Yeah:

And far southern New Mexico, headed west with the border a mile to the left:

and along the Dry Cimarron River:

Hmmm. I've been on lots of long lonely roads, but apparently I only photograph the ones in New Mexico.

I've been on that same Highway in New Mexico. Here's my view of it.

MN HWY 23. Hot as blazes that day. So quiet you could hear for miles.

Sorry I'm late; I over slept! Check these out:

New Mexico, Christmas break, 2004.

So lonely I had to take a self portrait.

Christmas break, 2005.
I think this was in Texas, but I don't think the road had a name.

and later in New Mexico, Forest Road 30. Very highly recommended.

And a pic of "short girl big bike." She makes the KTM 640 look like a big bike. Must not have been a lonely highway if I was there to take a picture so DON'T GET ANY IDEAS!
