not technically a pass, but this is the road going up to Mt Evans near Denver.. highest paved road in the USA. (it goes up to 14,400 ft or so)

Done them all on my Motorcycle.

(La means pass)

Worlds Highest Motorable Road Khardung La(Ladakh India)
Khardung La: Khardung La located 40 Km north of Leh links the capital of Ladakh with the road to the Siachen Glacier. It said to be the world's highest motorable pass at 18,380 ft or 5,602 m.









Worlds 2nd Highest Motorable Road Tanglang La(ladakh India)

It is the second highest motorable
mountain pass in the world after Khardung La and is reached via 21 Gata loops.

Worlds 3rd Highest Motorable Pass Chang La
