I would think so.
And, by the way, isopropyl alcohol tastes like Brut or Hai Karate.
Not that I know or anything.

Or, you could send them to me, your ol' buddy.

I know you hate them, and I'll be doing you a favor by getting rid of them.

No matter which razor or electric shaver I use, I get a "5 o'clock" shadow, before noon. My beard is like Inconel safety wire.

WSJ Cheapskate - In search of a low priced shave

This guy shares the same sentiment as the OP:

http://online.wsj.com/article/SB1000...le_Lifestyle_5

I just picked up a double edged safety razor, a Merkur. Sample pack of 60 blades set me back 14 bucks, but they should get cheaper once I figure out which brand works the best for me. Bought in bulk they're less than a dime each. I don't expect to make another blade purchase anytime soon.

I've got a thick beard and the straight blade has no problem slicing though it. Certainly better than the Fusion or Mach3. It takes some getting used to because you have to make a few passes instead of scraping it all off your face at once like the Fusion.

That's for sure. I use my razors until I really can't stand it any longer. Then I usually switch mid-shave, and it is always amazing to me how I forget just how well a sharp razor actually works. Especially since I work from home so I really don't shave that frequently. There's nothing quite like scraping a 2 or 3 day growth off your face with a dull razor, whether it has 1 blade or 5. I'm always reminded of the shaving scene in the dirty dozen - wondering why I do that to myself.

8 for 12 bucks. Great shave when you combine w/ any high quality gel. electric razors are disgusting. The take your top layer of skin off and let it rot in the razor. the smell is repulsive. finish the shave w/ a great SPF 15 cream. Works for me

I read that Gillette made a pitch to Warren Buffett. He liked what he saw, so he invested in them. Since Buffett's not a fool, that means that Gillette knows how to make $.

Shame for us that view shaving supplies as merely a commodity product. Gillette wants to sell them as specialty items.
