And, if I get something wrong or misplaced I certainly want someone to point it out to me. Thanks for everyone's input so far. I'll try and keep this updated every other day or so when I can. Good weather is approaching so I might have to hop on my trusty steed and do a little riding. Like next week when I'm heading for Barber's museum for a few days ![]() .

Just a thought regarding hotel info...
List 'Private Bathroom', as some places have shared baths. |

Wow!!
Bob just elevated this to 5 star status by himself. I know a couple of nice places in Antigua that I need to dig out info on. I wish I was as well travelled as LR ... hopefully, someday I will be. This thread is going to take on epic proportions. Nata Harli: I apologize for the deviation into the discussion on the bar. Although next door to Hotel Mary, that is really not part of the info to include in this thread. I will refrain from further deviations.

Good suggestion but I'm trying to keep this as simple as I can right now. But, I'll throw it open and let others comment. If there is a desire for others to have this info, I'll incorportate it in the future. Don't take this as my not wanting suggestions. I'm still open to suggestions.

Loreto, Hotel Oasis
South end of Malecon, on the beach. Open air moto parking in interior lot. $100.00 U.S. and up. Stay 3 get one free deal. Very clean, very well kept. You could take your wife here.
Good food and Booze on premises, WiFi and a 'puter station on site. Walking distance to historic city center and most food and drink in town. English varies by employee but most can get you what you need. Staff overall, fantastic! If there on a weekend get a room furthest from the street. Kids cruise the Malecon on fri- sat. night.
