That would the 60's Ural sidecar ridden from the Ukraine to Turkey and shipped the side car back home.

Met those guys on the road a couple of years ago, here in NZ. Nice people. Amazing bike - quirky doesn’t cover it!

They seemed to be doing ok in the gravel when I saw them, though they did mention that Mongolia was a challenge. But what you can’t see in the picture are the deployable outriggers!
