See this page and the next about (British/European) Regulatory Signs. They are circular and if they have a red circle they give negative (prohibitary) instructions:

Went for a fabulous evening ride on the Buell tonight. Even strapped on my old fanny pack type camera bag and dragged along the DSLR. Stopped at a level crossing, one of those level crossings where the tracks and the road are practically running parallel to each other with just a jog in the road to allow the road to cross the tracks. While waiting for a very slow moving but colourful frieght train to make it's way past I couldn't help but notice how cool the Buell looked back lit by the low evening sun with the impressive freight train in the background... So I dragged out the DSLR and framed the most amazing of views...
That's when I noticed there was no memory card in the camera. So here's a file photo of the Buell taken a few years ago on Mosport. ![]() The End.
