Hi All,

As per the title, up for sale is a hard (aluminium) Hepco & Becker luggage set for a DR650SE.

This origionally came with my bike when I bought it, was removed straight away and has been sitting in the shed since - now it is time for them to go so that I can get some cash for a motard kit!

I have the complete set - side racks, top racks, 2x 35L alloy boxes with all locks included - basically brand new (there are 2x very small dents in the lid of one box - may just be able to see it in one of the photos below). I am happy to sell as a kit or can spilt off the top rack (no point in splitting the side racks and boxes...).

This kit will cost you $1367 + post from H&B Australia (Motorcycle Adv).

Came off a '05 KTM 950 ADV S

they seem to be the Original KTM ones

Structural, Straight and in good nick
Cosmetically, they are in average condition, no gouge marks just worn off paint here and there

Highway pegs have been added on and can easily unbolted, lug for driving lights has also be added

no mounting bolts, not sure if the standard ones fit, it not they would be $1 from the local bolt shop

This bike has had an energetic life and it has a few bumps and scratches to show for it, but overall it is in good condition. It has done a few kilometres (159,000) but has been well maintained and is still going strong.

It has quite a few good Touratech bits on it including:
WP Suspension Upgrade Kit (in 2008 the price for this kit was AUD$5,500) – the WP4357 front forks were rebuilt recently by SuspensionSmith and the WP250 shock on the rear has remote compression adjustment;
touring foot peg kit with lower, larger pegs and associated gear/brake levers; and
chain guard, speed sensor guard and sprocket cover.

Note: The WP Suspension Upgrade Kit takes the front fork travel to 280mm and rear shock travel to 250mm. This is compared to about 170mm on the standard GS and 210mm on the Dakar. In other words an extra 40mm (nearly 2in) of travel on the Dakar and a huge 80mm (just over 3in) on the standard GS.

The bike also has a 21" Excel front rim, BMW single seat with integrated lockable storage (keyed to ignition key), new chain and sprockets and new rear brake pads. The tyres are Metzeler Karoos in near new condition - small amount of gravel road use.

It's now a non-ABS bike and does not have heated grips (but the grips are new).

Due to the fact that this bike is less than 10 years old it is still eligible for BMW Motorcycle Roadside Assistance which, according to the PDS, has been designed to assist you should you experience the unexpected with your BMW motorcycle at any time, anywhere throughout Australia.

Comes with three months ACT rego.

Asking price: $4,100 ONO.

It has 42,000 (odd) thousand k’s so yes I have ridden it and enjoyed it that is for sure but it’s now time for someone new to carry on with it.

It's with a heavy heart that I'm putting up the XR for sale. She's great, just point at a hill and yank the throttle. That's all it takes. And since it has full Rego, it's no exaggeration. $2800 ONO for you inmates

I've done some essential and easy upgrades to the bike:
CNC milled fork brace (great for handling)
New 40mm FCRMX pumper carb (so smooth! And easy to start)
Stainless front brake line (delicious!)
USB port (charge your iPhone! Run a GPS!)
And a huge 22L Acerbis tank (400+km to a tank, original tank is included too)

Well sorted CT110. 28157km.
New o-ring chain and sprockets (16 tooth front), new fork boots, fresh engine oil and filter cleaned. Valves done. Air filter cleaned and oiled. New carby kit. Good tyres. Barkbusters and handguards. Fused 12V auxiliary plug.
Little racks for pushbike panniers and crash bars fitted.
Prepared for a trip that's not going to happen.

Located about an hour North of Adelaide, but I can get it to Melbourne for $150.00 and Sydney for $250.00
$1250.00 as is or $1350.00 with 3 months S.A. rego.
