My new 12x24 ManCave arrived yesterday-





















They had it moved and installed in under an hour.



All that's left is to drill/bolt her to the concrete and install hurricane straps. This should be enough for me to have my permit satisfied. Once inspected by the town, then I'll add electric, insulation and sheet rock.
