Might want to let everyone down in Costa Rica and other Latin American countires in on this. Tires aren't done down there until they no longer hold air. Even then they will prolly bring them back to life. Plus, they don't have as many bridges as you may be used to here. Lotsa snorkels though, and they aren't all for show.

Were all supposed to be riding on a 60's vintage bike, traveling around the world on dirt only, and living in a tent..awesome..freakin losers

So, I'm back in the US again and catching up on the forums and found this. I travel all over the world and use my vehicles for what they were intended for and not cruising the beltway.

Look closer and you'll realize they're MTR's and it has a 2" lift with another 2" with the push of a button and YES I do go places that the raised air intake is needed. I try not to, but after drowning a previous vehicle it's an insurance policy NOT a status symbol.
Amazing how people are subject matter experts on topics they know nothing of.

I have a buddy who is a keen Land Rover enthusiast. One of his hobbies is ice climbing, and he says the snorkel on his Landie has been useful a number of times in getting to climbing sites.
