Actually, no. My back felt great yesterday. When it comes down to it, though, I want a trailbike I can cummute on. The KLX would need a lot of time and effort to get that way.

Wanted: FJ40 Landcruiser

I'm looking for a Toyota Landcruiser FJ40. Rust free, prefer original condition. I might consider some mechanical work but would rather not. Must be reasonable, hopefully the owner is very motivated to sell. PM with information, pics, details.

Hi Dale
That tan 1979 on 160 West that you drive by everyday a friend of mine's. Not sure of the level of seller motivation but I'll PM you his phone #. I've been a FJ55 buff for a while and can say that tan one is really primo. The beefed up green one in the same lot is also an acquaintance of mine but that one is not as nice, modded to be a rock crawler. The tan one is really stock.
Scott

Not alot of help, but I saw a gorgeous restored or original FJ40 in Boulder today, unfortunately NOT for sale... Green, pretty much showroom condition, no visible mods other than a heavy duty front bumper. Made me want to own another FJ!

Good luck with your search...

Thanks, Scott. I do drive by that lot just about every day. I stopped in to look at the tan one a couple weeks ago and have some questions that the people at that lot couldn't answer. I've also talked to them about the green one, but am not looking for something built for off road as much as that one. I am somewhat uneasy dealing with that lot because of their relation to the defunct Francisco's lot next to it. I'll give your friend a call directly and see what the story is and what he needs as opposed to what the lot is asking...

Thanks!

$2500 to you FF's (looking to move it quickly so I can get a new bike before I get married and all of my rights and priviledges are revoked)

I would love to see this. Can you please pm location and a time to check it out?

Thanks!!!
