Well I'm not going to part it out but the repairs are costing more than I paid for the freakin car. 2.1 KLRs to be exact. *sniff* *waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa*

I'm done whining. Anyone have a dirt bike for sale for say... $1.99?

Thanks for the nice thought Hair but I think I'm over drawn in my "free motorcycle" quota

Hell, how about free motorcycles for ALL of us. Now that's a campaign promise I can get behind.

Picking up a free motorcycle but. . .

I have no idea what I'll do with it yet. I am thinking weird bobber, or perhaps a dirt "Loser" of sorts. I think it's weird but I have a fascination with Loser with his dirt shoes on!!
I'll let you know when I pick it up. It is a LTD 454 Kawi. Not sure of the year but I know it needs Fork Seals, Brakes, and general carb cleaning and tune. Love free bikes though. Peace - MotoMax

Free stuff.........

Free stuff............

Walnut media - bagged and advertized as lizard cage bedding (generally bad for the little guys as they can get impacted from it) but should be fine as a blasting media.

FMF turbine core silencer for a two stroke - roughly 35-36mm opening where it hooks up.

Coffee maker for garage duty.

Geek dibs- Altec Lansing speakers - floor base box and two desktop speakers, older and nothing fancy but they work.
Geek dibs-13" Admerial color tv with remote- something for the garage?

How can it be fun if there's not at least an outside chance of dying?

My wife would kill me if I bought that KLR. Strangely, I find it attractive.

Bup.

Couldn't decide where to cross-post this thing, so I settled on here because everybody probably checks it. Sweetheart puppy we don't want to see back at the pound...

CR80 - Legal for hooligansim?

A fellow anal-retentive engineering friend is selling a bike his kids have outgrown.

http://fortcollins.craigslist.org/mcy/571095922.html

If legal for hooligan races, it would clean up on the competiton.

Wow, that's how you clean a bike if you want to sell it! Does he happen to have a DRZ/KLX for sale?

No, but he's going to have a CRF450R for sale soon. He's doing a new top end first.
