Hi. I've grown tired of my current road bikes and need a change. I'd prefer to get cash for these instead of a trade because I'm kind of set on a recent model KTM, but hey, if you have something interesting, maybe we can work something out.

1989 Honda CB-1. 20640 miles. Located in Fort Collins.

The CB-1 is a 399 cc inline-4 naked sportbike, which was imported from 1989-1990. For reviews and information about the bike, see the articles here http://www.hondacb1.org/reviews.shtml

This particular bike is in decent shape, but it has some "character marks." I've owned it since 1997 and I've put on the majority of its miles. It has had proper and regular maintenance. In the interest of full disclosure, it has been low-sided once at the track (and repaired) and currently one of the instrument cluster lights is out. Has good tires. Blue. Has upgraded horn. Great starter, commuter, or canyon carver. Turns like a cycle should turn.

I'm asking $2500 on Craigslist, but the ADV price is $2300.

1998 Honda VFR800. 26427 miles.

I bought this bike in 1999 as its second owner. I have put on the majority of the miles. It is in great shape and makes an excellent sport-tourer. Runs great. It has the following additions:

* Heli-bars clip-ons which raise the handlebars about 1" over stock for comfort (I have the originals also)
* Two-Brothers high-rise carbon-fiber pipe, which looks trick and sounds great with the V4 engine (I have the original pipe also- it is pictured below)
* Givi hard luggage (single, rear) mounts and single box luggage (Givi box extra $)
* Extra Sargent seat, re-upholstered
* "Enhanced" horn
* Throttlemeister installed (needs adjustment)
* BC800 bicycle computer mounted as a calibrated spedometer

It has never been crashed, but it had a slow-motion fall-over in my garage while doing maintenance which resulting in a very small crack (approx 1") in the fairing. I've taken pictures of all the minor dings. It's had proper and regular maintenance by a local Honda dealer.

I'm asking $5000 on Craigslist (includes extra clip-ons, original exhaust, extra seat, BC800), but the ADV price is $4700

Email is best to contact me. My cell is 970-232-4468.

Original price is $7390.

Has additional farkles:

ProMoto billet rear rack $120
Uptite bash plate $185
Uptite axle nut $30
Laminar windscreen (removable - attached with 3M posi-lock) $65
Renazco seat $325
LED flexible indicators (front and back OEM indicators included) $30
Flexible mirrors (OEM mirrors included) $30
Cycra handguards $120
Unabiker radiator guards $90
Manual cam chain tensioner (not yet installed) $65

Side stand extended - $40
Barnett clutch cable (original routes alongside it as a spare) $40

Original Karoo front. Rear D606 has 350 miles on it.

Total = $1370 in extras

So this is at least a $8760 bike as is. Has 1200 miles.

Selling price: $6500
(Title in hand)

What it needs:
- The check valve in the fuel hose is not working, and is on order through warranty (warranty has been approved by Husky). This is a minor issue - workaround is when removing the tank you either:
* Drain the tank
* or plug/crimp the fuel line.

- Has scratches on the barkbusters - see pics

This bike is in Broomfield.

2001 R1150 Gs

This just hurts...

Main event #2.

My GS - it has 50,500 miles.

Color black, located in Boomfield.

Excellent condition. Only the luggage has scratches on them - see pics.

Meticulous maintenance records.

Wilbers shocks.
Hella fog lights
Running lights
Hyperlites

I will remove the stickers once the bike has a firm offer (prior to delivery).

I really love this bike - hard to put it up for sale. It needs a good home.

Price: $6,500

What it needs - not much. One of the headlight lenses is cracked and is held together by a clear 3M plastic guard that attached directly to the lens. Has been like this for four years. However, the lens itself has developed a dark spot in the center - I believe because the lens protector is not allowing the heat to escape. Again - has been like this for four years - the only effect is that the lens has a burn spot on it.

Location is Broomfield, CO - home of a great GS

Trailer for Sale

TRAILER IS SOLD!!!

This is a Harbor freight collapsible trailer. I think 4 ft x 8 ft. Very good condition.

Cost is $150.

Location Broomfield

PS - The Element is also for sale - haven't figured out the price yet. Just in case you want both.

One suggestion would be to buy the Element, the trailer and the TE610 - all in one package

Disregard the DRZ - it is no longer around ... (will try to post more current pics in next few days)

Here's what is looks like folded up in the garage:

Joe Rocket Mesh/Leather Jacket size S

SOLD to Wtrlogd (he has a girl friend). Thanks Kent!

Doesn't anyone want this? Claudia is about the same size as many of the women I've seen at rallys. The jacket is in great condition and the liner (unused with tags still on it) cost this much.

$35 obo

Quote:
This is an original mesh + leather Joe Rocket jacket. It is ballistic nylon mesh except (a) the collar is black leather and (b) all of the blue is perforatod leather.

It is ColoWife's jacket but is a man's Small in size (which equates somewhere between a woman's Medium and Large). I'd rate its condition 8+ out of 10.
