Looking for Olympic Mountain Riders

Greetings - I'm looking for riding partners for day trips into the Olympics. I did a 100 mile round trip (Road 27) yesterday and it was perfect. I ride Dual Sport and Dirt - XR650L and a XR650R. The forest roads call for the licensed bike but there are many oportunities for off road as well.

If your looking for someone to ride with let me know. I'm off of work for several months and plan on a lot of riding.

Posted up on Keith's other thread too but thought i would put it here as well in case anyone is interested.

I'm heading out for an Olympics loop myself on Friday morning. Leaving from West Seattle and starting the actual loop in the Hoodsport area either heading one direction or the other. Camping Friday and Saturday nights somewhere. I grew up in PA and have done lots of riding over there myself.

You are welcome to join for some/all of it if you'd like.

If you want to start around the South end, I would go Friday but might have to bug out on Saturday. Could meet you at Twin Totems in Potlatch as soon as you can make it over.

Pakled,

Sounds good to me. I'm making that last minute confirmation stuff needed on my end to get this all in the works. I'll shoot you a PM with my info and we can figure something out. i believe there are 7:45 and 8:45 ferries which would put me in Potlatch around 9 or 10. Original thought was to camp somewhere up near Forks on Friday night as that is how i've done it in the past but...

PM coming.

Camping at Klahowya

Roscoe and I are going back out to Klahowya early Saturday to comprehensively ride the FR29 area. We'll try to get a large site in the event one of you needs a place to stop.

Edit: Klahowya by 10am.

Dave

Awesome, thanks Dave. This might work out great as I could do the south and west side with Pakled on Friday and meet with you guys on Saturday.

PM coming.

Danride, Danwife?, and I had a nice ride Saturday. We rode down Forest Road 23 to Lake Wynoochee,
then out to Pacific Beach via Donkey Creek road. We had a nice hamburger in Aberdeen and road home
via Brooklyn and Oakville.
