I hope to make tomorrow night, I wish I could make more rides, I wish I didn't work on Saturday and Sunday ----- But I do.

I guess I also wish (in my current job and from past ((BAD)) experience) my bottle to throttle time wasn't a factor ---- but it is.

Springs, are you planning a ground scraping ride tomorrow before the happy hour at Engles? I'd like to attend!!!

Don't have anything planned. I'm knee deep in re-doing my wreck room so I can get two bikes in there to work on them. Garage is full. My wife is not overly happy with this plan but hey I gotta do what I gotta do!
Understood about the bottle to throttle, don't drink. I know thats a tuff order but can be accomplished!

Forgot the gars...sorry, buddy. D-oh!

When are we going to get you down south for a Capitol Forest ride with the South-Sound gang???

I want to do it and hoped we could get some more Riders form the North- and Middle-Sound to join in the fun. Olympia is a cool town with good brews and great grub!

Loggers Landing Sunday 5/20

South sound? East sound, North ? Quilcene is a pretty central spot to start an Olympic forest FS road ride. The last couple have been a blast, and maybe the snow road blocks will be gone this time . I'm going to head over Saturday afternoon after the support the troups gathering in Lake Stevens. http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=228761

9:00 am Loggers Landing, Sunday May 20th. Order extra BACON!
Hey MADDADDY, Uncle Sam still have you pinned down?

Hey Maddaddy!

How's the BC Ride looking, or is that still too far into the future to know for sure?

Hey South-Sounders!

DANRIDE is going to get things rolling down there on a regular basis.

And, I'm going to continue lobbying the North-Sounders to participate. You guys have some great riding close by that everyone would enjoy, too!

Community is what you make it and I was glad to see such a great turnout at the Fishbowl last time! We'll have more of that soon!

The No Snow Ride And Mag 5/27/07

OK, THIS ONE WILL NOT END IN A SNOW BANK! (UNLESS WE WANT IT TO)

DA PLAN:

Meet at the Spar cafe in downtown Olympia 8:00 am Sunday May 27th.

DA ROUTE: Out to Matlock and Wynooche lake. FS road 23 back across the south end of Olympic nationl forest to Hwy 101. Then back to the Fishbowl in Olympia for Food, Grog and lots of tall tales (aka: lies) about what great riders we are.

This route is big bike friendly. About 70% well maintained gravel FS roads. Side trips up higher roads for those that need a bigger thrill are out there.

Looks like there's some renewed interest for Sunday the 27th. So, let's give it a shot.
