Friday ride

Shot up FS 27, turned back after seeing the squalls heading my way. Hadn't been up Duckabush for some time, checked it out.

On the way up, usual stop

Road Block, enough room for the bike though

Lots of slide debris and fallen trees, no sign of any vehicle traffic due to the big rock slide, rest of the road was overgrown past the slide

Put the saw to use

As close as I was I couldn't reach the top, Mr. Black Bear was spotted and I didn't want to end up as a main course. Better to do it as a group next time.

2510 made a fitting end to the ride. Hope to see you all out there

Black Point

i'm so ticked off I haven't been up around fs74 near Elbe yet this year. I need to do some tree clearing to increase my karma.

I wish I had have known earlier, I already made plan to take the dirt bike to TAhuya tomorrow. If you're up to try again next Monday though I'd like to go check it out.

This shot is from a nice little view point off the Hamma Hamma river road. Not quite a 360 view but very scenic anyway.

There is still some snow past Dusk Peak heading to Lake Wynoochee.

Yes! Rode over it on saturday, it was great. Now if the loop road north of Wynoochee would just clear. That would complete a nice days ride.

That should be passable before too much longer. I'm going to check it out this weekend.

You South Sounders sure are a quiet bunch. I had to really look for this thread. I hope it's because you are all out riding and having fun.

One of you should be able to identify the location in the name the location thread: http://advrider.com/forums/showthrea...43814&page=262 scroll down to post 3930 and move the thread along.
