Ride out of Quilcene Sunday, 8/3

A few of us are riding out of Quilcene, Sunday, doing Rocky Brook, Trap Pass and points south. Noobs and old guys welcome. GS's will only miss one viewpoint unless they have the optional sculpted seat for large cajones.

Just give me until 9:30 for my rushing in late and guzzling a cup of coffee.

With my street-oriented rear tire and semi-worn front, I might be joining the big GS's on the sidelines for that one view point (sounds like I better get the good skid plate back on).

9am it is and we'll wait for Gootch. Sounds like Red is riding "Tanker" this time. dd

What the heck. Gots me some new knobbies. You sure about Rocky Brook? Ha. Made it to Palo Alto and back last weekend with a side trip up 2880 and 2870, nice view with decent weather.

Hey Bill!

Come on out, Bill. You can keep the other guys honest while I ride sweep behind a new guy I'm breakin' in.

Why do you guys always meet on Sunday!

I haven't been to church in a month due to Rides and Rallys so there is no way I can go but it sounds like a really good group! Ugggh I want to go!

What better way to get closer to God than riding to a higher elevation?

loggers landing location

Logger's Landing is a little resturant on the south(west) end of Quilcene. If you're coming from the south it will be on your right just past the ranger station. If you're coming from the north it will be on your left just past the community center. Quilcene just isn't that big; you won't miss it in the daylight.
