You dog! You beat me to the Fishbowl...
While you were out having a nice ride, I was "servicing" the in-laws at a Sunday brunch. I hope you had a great time and the weather held! How was Fish? Your GS looks similar to mine with the rear seat and rack removed...built for haulin', baby...haulin' ass! |

The 14th should be a great time and we'll have the place pretty much to our selves. Afternoons are fairly quiet and you won't have to worry about the OPD. They don't do any real parking enforcement on the weekends. I park in the yellow all weekend long.

We must share a gene…similar bikes and a love of IPAs.
I can remember trying Redhook’s Ballard Bitter, which has now morphed into Long Hammer, back in the early 90s and I just couldn’t get it down…way too bitter! Now, I have little patience for anything but IPAs! Plus, you get all the antiseptic benefits from the hops…makes drinking IPAs a healthy choice. ![]() Looking forward to the 14th!

I'd like to thank everyone that has viewed and posted in the 3 threads dedicated to meeting ADV Riders and building community.
I just noticed that all 3 threads below are currently in the Top 10 of all threads started in 2007 in the Pacific Northwest regional forum based on number of posts! And, this has all happened since March 5th! Amazing! To me, this says a lot about the ADV Rider community in the Pacific Northwest and our commitment to making this region a great place to own and ride our beloved DS machines. Keep up the good work and thanks again for all the effort! Where to Meet ADV Riders? Where to Meet ADV Riders - North Sound Where to Meet ADV Riders - South Sound GSH

Ride Before The Mag
ANYONE INTERESTED IN TAKING A BLAST THROUGH CAPITOL FOREST BEFORE THE MAG GET TOGETHER IN OLYMPIA SATURDAY? I'LL BE AT THE SPAR CAFE IN DOWNTOWN OLYMPIA AT 8:00 AM FOR GRUB. I HAVE MY OLD MAP OF CAPITOL FOREST. I'M SURE THE MAIN LINES ARE ALL STILL THERE. A 50-100 MILE LOOP SHOULD GET AN APITITE AND THIRST GOING FOR GOOD FOOD AND DRINK AT THE FISH BOWL
RAIN OR SHINE, IT'S ALL GOOD .

The "A-Line" road was blocked by trees last weekend. The B, C, and D were open with the D_Line being paved. We did not try the E-Line as it was marked blocked on my map - but that may only apply to cages. Enjoy
