You folks have been bitching about Plan B for how long before HeyMarz had his episode?

I'm just sayin', and there's gotta be better late night places in Portland, maybe not as moto oriented, but what about that place on Foster everyone hit for breakfast the morning of the first annual Alley Sweeper?

This is the crux of it.

And you really only come to that crux after waiting 45 minutes (Or 80 minutes if you are me) for your food.

So do you folks tip the waitpersons after waiting 40 to 80 minutes for your faulty food? There's gotta be convenience stores with better service than this.

Yeah, there are.

But they won't let us park our bikes & drink/eat in the store.

Charge us 50c more for the pounders of shitty beer. Hell, we buy at least 30 of them every week.

When it comes to food I'm not picky....at all. But this is the only place where I feel it's a crapshoot to eat the food for fear of some horrific consequences. It's been like this for as long as we've been going there and it never gets better. Like Dubya said, fool me once.......ca-can't fool me again.

Winter is coming. At the very least we should consider a place that charges a bit more for beer so they can actually turn the heat on.
.... I can't really feel much sympathy for her, especially when she says we are rude and dismissive. Given the money we spend and the service we get I think we've been pretty much the total opposite.

What say you?
a) 1st/3rd Thursday at Plan-B. Remaining Thursdays elsewhere
b) Drop Plan-B all together
c) Stick with Plan-B every Thursday

It's pretty simple. It's too bad we've already started on the Beaverton is hell shit as this is what got us to B in the first place. If we decide to start going somewhere else perhaps we can agree that for this winter at least that we stick to a central location, downtown or close-in NW/NE/E. When the weather warms and people are cool on riding more there are lots of good West side locations, we've been to Helevatia and Rock Creek before.

Bars are for drinking

If you want a plain ol burger lickity-split, Google says there's a Mickey D's 3 mins away from Plan B

FWIW, the food and service were always great every time I went

So it sounds like everyone wants to go somewhere else, but wants to stay in town. I don't really know Portland bars, so I googled "somewhere else bar portland" and got this:
http://www.barflymag.com/bar/dukes-c...and-grill.html

Sounds perfect: No cover if you wear a cowboy hat. Mechanical bull. Line dancing. Bar Fights.

Unless anyone has any better ideas.

does anyone feel the need to do a little collective business investing and maybe help setup mrazekan in a small place of his own in near downtown?

You know how succesful Sector would be if she had the B Bistro in Portland?

Reinforce the furniture and bar and have a Friday night Trials contest, It should be easier on the furniture than weekly barfights, you think?
