Nope, only high class bars on the peninsula.
Mock Crest could be a tad small in the winter when we'd want to be inside - or if they have music on Thursdays. The Portway was a hit during the urban enduro. We have an seemingly endless string of bars serving cheap beer downtown St. John's. But I don't really think anyone is going to regularly travel out this way. But I'll post up some in the rotation. I think that it is actually a good location for people in Hillsboro or Vancouver not for SE though.

I'll do some research regarding the going rate for a pint of pbr in the vicinity. Fixin' to has Rainier. Can't imagine they are charging a lot for that, and they encourage you to bring food cart fare from across the street back to the bar patio.

Awww.....................now I got sumpton in my eye.

I think you would like the menu at the Stillhouse http://www.highlandstillhouse.com/ but seriously because of the location it's not a practical place for a meet up.

This Thursdays meet up 10/21

The Stillhouse in Oregon City, I know it's a bit far for some, but at least earwig should be able to make it (and get a plain burger) if CrazyBrit shows, I'll buy him a scotch, if Beerslayer shows up I'll have more "coexist" steekers for him (only 5 for now but more are being made).................and if Krista shows up I'll buy anything she wants

There ya go...................the next meet up.................now I'm going to go prep for a little ride

At breakfast yesterday didn't you say you were waiting for someone to post somewhere? I must have misunderstood. Reading back, Luke may have to arm-wrestle Scout

How about the New Old Lompoc

If you love great ale, you must check out Lompoc. Some of the strongest, most delicious beers in town proves New Old Lompoc only cares about their beer. They donít care about cleanliness, customer service, food quality or you in general. Most importantly, the Lompoc wait staff hates your existence.
In order to have a POSITIVE Lompoc experience, order at the bar when you first walk in and then point to where you will sit. Donít expect a server to talk to you, and donít order food unless you have 45 minutes to wait. IF you do order some food, expect a LOT of grease. I personally have no regards for my health, so I enjoy it.
Food: 8, Beer: 10, Sports: 2, Service: 0 (Trust me. Order at the bar, then point to where youíll sit.)...

Thats a funny review. Service depends on which one you go to. The Hedge House is just flaky slow service, the 5th Quadrant is usually ok but at the original one on NW 23rd the staff universally exude the "I'm too good for my job" Albina Press vibe. It's truly amazing. I figure they have formal training on it. P.S the food, greasy as it may be, is like 5 steps above Plan-B.

The new beer bar Apex on SE 12th and Division would be a great close in SE meet up location.

They have 40+ taps with good beer prices.

Right next door is a good Taqueria where you buy your food to go with your beer. Tacos are $2, burritos are around $6. It's tasty

There is some off street motorcycle parking in the huge front patio. It's not as vast as the space is at Plan B, but it's there.
