I had thought that you would be the one person to show.

It's a great area as long as you stay away from the Yuppified Glass Tower inner urban area, The factory district is kind of nasty and what housing is there you wouldn't want any part of. That area backs up to the Ghetto and you don't even want to visit that. The cops are even afraid to go there. If you can land a spot in the Burbs it is really nice. Just watch out for Meth Labs, If it smells like cat pee get out.

Are you actually coming from Mississippi? I worked in Bay St. Louis for 3 years due to a job opportunity....I'd take Brownsville any day of the week. I currently live about 15 miles from there.... Of course it all depends on what you're looking for.

Ever since the Brownsville Gun and Liquor Store closed and the mayor got busted for selling pot to city employees the place just ain't the same.

But you can still drive a lawn tractor up to the front door of the Saloon and park so long as your irrigation pipe-trailer don't crowd the pickup behind it.

In other words, OMB's and my kinda place.

Well---if things go right I am considering moving --a lot depends on the amount of OT involved and how much the cost of living is in the area----being as of now I support 3 households---move and it would be 4---and of course what type of deal I get on moving ---but it looks like it might have some great riding and hunting around there with a little bit of fishing involved

Thanks for helping out

Later KW

I realize this is waaaaaay too far in advance, but I'm calling a meatup for Thursday.

For those who don't know I'm moving to Anchorage in 3 weeks so come shower me with gifts....preferably in the form of warm clothing for my girlfriend.

Ok, not rilly. Just come have a drink.

Here's the place:

The Alibi. N Interstate just north of Shaver. Don't lie, you know where Harbor Freight is. It's just south of that on the same side of Interstate. Happy hour goes until 7, during which they have $2 PBR. I've only been there while blackout drunk. It's that kind of wonderful caricature of a tiki bar with karaoke (later on). Big parking lot for motorcycles!

Do eeet!
