American corporate ingenuity of the 1980's. My friend had one sans the wood/vinyl . What a piece of shit. We called it the Jesus Chrysler. Chrysler deserved to and almost went out of business because of crap like those K cars.

Not that 240's were all that either. I had a 240 dl in college and it got me around, slowly. More time then it was worth was spent welding on panels over rotted out holes. A solid car you could turn into a better car, if you were so inclined.

Not that anyone was building cars to hold onto in the 80's.

For the record, my Jeep (Wagoneer) is supposed to look like this, but someone took the wood off. I've been thinking strongly about putting it back.
