Another KS rider here, although not for long, soon to be hitting the road for an undetermined amount of time. Was wondering if anyone around the area had a tire changer I could use to put on my new set, maybe in exchange for a couple gallons of fine homebrew

I have a No Mar tire system and can hook you up. I also have a static balancer that works on most wheels.
