Well, I might as well say hi also. I've been a lurker for several years, but joined not too long ago and only recently started posting. I enjoy most all styles of motorcycling, but have really fallen for dual-sporting. My main rides are a DR650 along with a DL650. IMHO both are very good bikes (for me anyway and for how I ride) and each excell in their own way. Sometimes I feel like I've been riding since "dirt" was young.... but still enjoy each and every ride I can go on.

Welcome JDSmith and KS Rydr, I have the exact combo, a DR650 and a DL 650. I also have a Superduke to scare the heck out of myself once in a while.

Hey, I like your choice of bikes . I have not ridden one of the Super Dukes, but rode a friends Duke maybe 6 or 7 years ago. I think it was the 640 single, but not sure the exact size. Anyway, I was VERY impressed with the way that thing ran, and I couldn't believe it was a single. Thanks for the welcome.

Welcome new guys.

Make sure you check out the Flint Hills Stampede. http://www.backroadstouring.org/kansas/stamp_10.htm It is starting to fill up. It is limited to 100 riders and will be in some of the most beautiful country in the US. It is always a good time.

I think you're wanting to put your location and bikes in your signature.

You mean profile. The sigs that get filled up with bikes get laughed at in the other forums around here.

Thumb Moto Movie - Tuesday 2/23/2010 @ 7PM

Since the weather still stinks, may as well kick back and watch another movie at Pizza Shoppe next door to MotorcycleCloseouts in Smithville. I'm feeling nostalgic today, so how about some newly released vintage MX footage?

Come join the fun!
