I'm ready for snow for at least 2 reasons this season.
We got a new dog this year so I want to hook up a saucer sled behind him and have him pull the kids around. My son has an e-dirt bike we want to get out in the field and see how he does in the snow. Should be fun for all!

I worked about 3 hours over at Bill's on stuff for the crf250l. I made him a skidplate like mine, an old school actual skidplate. We're developing another version that will have the bigger ears for each side to offer better water pump protection. He has a sleeve in a CRF250L cylinder he bought that takes it out to 283. Piston and rings are there. He's waiting on Cometic to get the gaskets done. But we were looking at it and measurements we think will allow a 300 kit. That's what the focus is right now. We made a couple of larger diameter turn down tips for the exhaust, I'll be testing one of those with the Dobeck fuel controller. I mounted a small plate to the bars and hooked up a BMW outlet there for my electric vest. Been a couple2-3 years since I've been able to mess with stuff like this, it's a different kind of fun, I like it. My carrying rig for my Wolfman tool bag and Rotopax 1 gal container is working perfectly.

A good sunday ride
went out with three other guys on sunday rode about 120 miles on back roads nothing very difficult but any ride is better than not rideing I am really likeing my KTM690 cant wait until I take it to Big Bend in March
