Who are you kidding, NYC is full of sore winners.

Remember: An empire falls when a nation rises....

Made it home safe last night. A pair of fuckmuppets in providence damn near caused a pileup by squidding through the construction zone, but otherwise a thoroughly boring ride. I drank your share of the Scotch too. I didn't think you'd have minded.

That may be in NY but I never rub it in. I just want to see a good game where the sux loose.

Glad you made it and drank my part of the flask

Things aren't as bad as they may seem Yankee fans. The Red Sux had their pitching line up exactly as they wanted it yet the Yankees pounded the hell out of it, taking early leads in all three games. With 2 of the 3 Yankees starters having a total of less then 10 major league starts, the Sux barely managed two 1-run and one 2-run victories against this severely depleted line up. And with an all-star MVP Yankee catcher MIA and the "unhittable" Dice-K pitching for the last game I am sure the Boston fans are up in arms that the Suxs didn't get at least one double-digit win. Nope, things aren't as bad as they seem...

unless your cheer for Boston!

That is rich, if I wanted to I could probably apply the same logic and rationalization to my rather mediocre performance in the Cape Fear 1000.
After a kick ass weekend of around 2200 miles I was a little tired when I got home, almost too tired to watch the inning with
FOUR BACK TO BACK HOME RUNS!!

Granted I was pretty tired but I don't think they were hit by the Yankmees.

This may be sacreligious, but I'm rooting for A-Rod to have a big year, and a long carreer (provided, of course, that the Yankmees go nowhere in the interim). The less time that cheatin' bastid Barry Bonds spends in the record books, the better. If it takes a pin-stripe-wearing, mirror-staring, bad-call-whining, lip-gloss-shining, ego-stroking, October-choking, unmitiigated clutch-hole like Alex Rodriguez to knock Bonds off of his anabolic summit, so be it.

Hiya, Barry!

Now that's a nice little rant!
