G'day Willis, maybe you were in the wrong place, I was in the north east corner of the markets by the Coles part of the building,

(Coles Corner of Central Markets)

specifically, at the Mallacca Corner, (across the aisle from the Russian Stall, hmmm, Piroshki!) and I had a Poh pia, and a bowl of Laksa, I was there for about a half hour, and by 1300hrs I decided to make with the long distance asthma attack, (far koff).
But I will see you'all there at 12:30,
Central Market Entrance to Coles/News Agent. Monday @ 12:30., but I'm not waiting past 12:37, between Coles and Newsagent, coz then I'm gonna walk south to the x intersection, turn right, walk past the Gourmet Sausage ( but not )stall away from Ed Harry's men Swear(on the left), go out of the "mall" part (terrazzo floor, low ceiling) into the Central Market proper,(bitumen floor, high ceiling) then straight away turn right/north along the wall passing a jeweller/pawn shop, passing a two dollar stall/shop and stopping at Mallacca Corner, getting there by 1 and 1/2 minutes later, I walk slowly.

THE PARKING TICKET

I went to the Central Market the other day, and I was in there for only about five minutes. When I came out, nearby there was a brown bomber writing a parking ticket.

So I went up to him and said, "Come on, mate, how about giving a guy a break?" He ignored me and continued writing the ticket.

So I called him a pencil-necked Nazi. He glared at me and started writing another ticket for worn tires!

So I called him a piece of garbage. He finished the second ticket and put it on the windshield with the first. Then he started writing a third ticket!

This went on for about 20 minutes... The more I abused him, the more tickets he wrote.
I didn't care. My bike was parked around the corner.

Ther is a little asian place with sushi and stuff as the very first shop as you walk in off of grote street behind coles.
Behind the little sushi place is the Russian place, is that were we are meeting?
At that entrace? North East corner of the markets, off Grote street, west of Coles?

Yep, that's about where we'll meet, across the aisle from the Russian place is Mallaca corner, I remember meeting Willis at the servo near the Norton Summit Rd a couple of months ago, and I've described myself above, and you're 6'6" with black spiky hair right? Seeya there, somewhere, between the MC and Ruskie places, in the chairs there.

Hey Croweaters, what are you lot doing for the above week? I have a cunning plan! It involves a visit to Lake Gairdener (see www.dlra.org.au). We are entering SA via Coombah on the Silver City hwy, then Loch Lilly, Oakbank Outstation, Braemar, Peterborough, Pt Augusta, then it's arguable depending on timing which way we go. Any interest?

Dogsbody and I just went through here the other week and I recommend you stay here and take their "Private Station Tracks" through to Lake Gairdner:

They have a heap of nice rooms available there but I would suggest booking one early because I think this is a popular base for the Salt Lake Racing fraternity.

I'd love to be up there for that week, but it seems like way too far ahead to confirm plans for me.

I never know what the next corner presents to me?

I reckon it's a great idea though and the Gawler Ranges is a must see!

Yeah! I'm sorry I missed the Morgan ride. I was around the place that weekend too, just not vigilant enough to spot mention of it on the site here.

Nice country out there. Pity I missed it. Anyway, next time.
