Where the hell is everybody?

Ive been out having fun around town on the 6fiddy and running my errands at the same time. Even picked up the kid from the bus stop on the thing by pulling it down in the ditch to make it easier for her to get on.

I rode it down to Doc's Hot Rod shop and looked at that 6fiddy they have for sale. It has 1800 mi. on it. No one was around, I was going to talk to them about putting this Mustang I have on consignment, and ask how much for the XR for S&G. Then I rode the Nighthawk one last time to its new home in Summerfield. Ocala4Sale rocks, it took only two weeks or so the sell both bikes and I got what I wanted for them.

Anyone planning the ride this weekend?

45 miles in Richloam yesterday

Can't make this one...but I wish a good ride for the Sand Fleas.

I went out to Richloam yesterday after work (OK, an hour or so before quittin' time) with John10:10. He wanted to pre-ride the enduro race that Florida Trail Riders is holding on Sunday. We rode 45 miles of jeep trails and singletrack you could barely walk through.

I pushed my envelope yesterday...my fingers hurt, my right knee aches, back, wrists, elbows, it's gonna be an Advil day, but what a blast. An enduro must be waaay fun. I think I'll be getting something in the 400-450cc range.

Do you know any good trails in that area?

Honestly, my camera does most of the work. I am using automated settings, so I have to do very little to set it up.

Got any pics from Richloam Native?

Can't make this weekend

My KTM is in bits, well a few parts are off of it, but the main reason is, I'll be in Michigan with my Son who's playing in an ice hockey tournement there.

Last weekend, my 12 year old daughter got Scuba certified. We did a couple of dives off West Palm beach. The water was warm and crystal clear. Saw my first Hammerhead shark, about 6-7ft in size. It swam about 30 feet under me as I was doing my safety stop before surfacing. I was bummed as I'd turned my camera off and clipped it away, so I didn't get chance to take a pick before it was gone.

That is awesome, you really get around Chris. I have been Scuba diving once and would love to get certified and purchase my own equipment. That would be a nice hobby for when it practically gets too hot to ride dirt bikes.
