When I tried to remove the 2 exhaust plugs, the rear one came out fine but the front was trouble. It moved about 2 fulls turns then would not move either direction. Soaked it wd40 and also warmed it up some more but it would'nt move in or out. Nothing seemed to come out of the back hole at any time. I replaced the rear plug and left the front one alone. It probably would have moved with excessive force but I didn't think it would be worth it. I recommend just leaving them alone. By the way mine is a 97se with 5000 miles and usually runs in the high RPM range pretty often.

i used polisport plastic side panel , rear fender , homologated led tail light , radiator scoops and a super moto shortie front fender. had to cut about an inch off the tip of the rear of the frame , tossing the silver colored tail subframe out. Weld screw tabs on the tank to mount the rad scoops. Will try to get pics on how the mods look in detail when i can... Here from another angle

Like I said it looks great!..My tank is plastic so the rad scoop would take some thought on how to mount it....I love love love the Gold SM wheels!...I bet it is a hoot to ride!..

Reading Distech's rebuild thread and looking at some of the black framed bikes in this thread pushed me over the edge. I've been hesitant to take my bike apart because I'm afraid it will never get put together again. Too late now.

I'll finish the rest of the disassembly tomorrow.

Hi kawidad, rear fender, side panels and the rad scoops are for a 2005 2006 suz RMz450 i got the polisport brand.. Installing them just needs some cutting and fabricating screw tabs fairly simple to do. Hope this info helps

shes a 95 e start. all stock with gell seat and i think ansers bars.needs new seat cover thats it, has new 606 rear tire.shes very nice but i need an old truck 67 to 87 chevy 4x4 . thanks thought i would give u guys here a shot first.thanks.its got 7000 mils .pm me all get some pics to who wants them
