A few pics of the princess and I on our annual Labor Day camping/riding trip. Weather in the U.P. was cold & rainy on sunday, so riding was a bit limited. Monday was cool but sunny, got what we could in before packing up. Queenbee not there, taking care of sick mother in California

Always likes to decorate her bike. She's such a girl...

But she doesn't mind it getting muddy.

Even a short day of riding puts a smile on every face!

Cheers,
Dave

So for Juliet's 2nd birthday we got her a Harley Davidson, with 6 volts of fury under the seat. When we get home from school she likes to see the Patrol to say "Hi" and then sit on it until dinner is ready. I thought that putting the Harley along with the Patrol would be a nice surprise. Here's how it went:

And since I didn't want her to spend any birthday money on tax, tags and registration, I plated it for her:

You'll notice she was so excited in the background she threw the seltzer bottle she was carrying!

This thread is 4 years old and still going strong. It is great to see so many proud Dads and their daughters. My daughter is 10 now and just started the pre-teen years. We have an intercom on the Goldwing and it is great to ride and talk. I am hoping this will continue for a long time.

4 years ago (6yrs old) was her first ride and she has been hooked every since.
