You know she steps up to 'Rock Star' status gettin' delivered to school like that in front of her classmates. Us Dad's need to make that kinda thing happen more regularly for these kids!

Girlfriend's daughter LOVES getting picked up in the afternoon on the bike. I make sure to get there extra early to get a parking spot right in front of the entrance so all the kids waiting for car pickup can see her getting her helmet on and getting on. Sometimes I even up the anty and walk through the crowd of short people(7th & 8th graders)looking for her with her helmet and hand it to her in front of all her friends.

This irresponsible parent rode thru the sports field in front of the classrooms up to my daughters classroom to pick her up on her birthday. She suddenly had a lot more boys liking her.

The principal was another matter...

One of the best things that can happen to one, as a parent.
Having one enjoying him/her-self as a pillion rider gives you wings.

Wow, all 5 of those pics could be used in a BMW Ad. My daughter just turned 12, her mom just got her bike license so I am hoping she will get the bug someday as well.

How could I have missed this awesome there? I've been on ADV for a few years, but only found it because it was linked from BARF (http://bayarearidersforum.com/forums...d.php?t=432273)
Here are both of my adventurers, (daughter is 14, son is 10) last winter @Mammoth Bar OHV outside of Auburn, California

+1000 for all the other "they grow up way too fast" comments on this thread.

My daughter Sam

My first post in ADV .... goes to my daughter Sam (8 years old).

2 weekends ago, I decided to start her on this great adventure on a TTR90!

Showing her what and how to controls work...

10 minutes later, riding pillion for her...

And 30 minutes later, there she is on her own!

Life is indeed GOOD!
