It's the first time I have seen this thread - I am sitting here in tears reading about your problems Knee. May they all be sorted as soon as possible. Love to your little girl.

I am so happy for you.

Like everyone else, I read your post and wished you would have good news soon. May you have many happy days and rides with Juliet in the years to come.

My new girls and new GS

Here is my contribution to the Daughter's thread. These are our new girls adopted from Ethiopia last year, along with their older brother.

They love the bike.

PS - my first photo posting. Hope the SmugMug link works

Her first multiday trip at 14, I think she likes it.... Held up like a champ with hours of rain, random breakdowns and crashing on helpful Adv couches. Along with about 1500 miles in 10 days....
At 5'10" I caught her sitting in the drivers seat eying things a few times..... trouble brewing.

How can it be fun if there's not at least an outside chance of dying?

What a great thread! Read every post, enjoyed every line and pic. I'm subscribed. Is there any "Fathers and Sons" equivalent thread round here?

Knee, you're the man! Your story is hard to beat in the tear-sqeezing department. Keeping my fingers crossed and praying for Your Little Treasure.

There's a "That's my Boy!" thread either here or in Jo-momma and/or Inmates.

There's a Dads and Sons thread but it hasn't taken off quite the same. Guess there's nothing like Daddy's little girl.
