Y'all have fun. Bike broke. Nobody within 200 miles has anything as exotic as a set of sprockets.

"We can order it for you"

"I can order it myself. For cheaper. And faster. And it ends up on my front door step."

Dealers are f'ing clueless.

If a dealer (called Brewer, TPS, Fox's and Triangle Cycles) doesn't have sprockets in stock for a bike they sell, I wonder exactly what OEM parts they DO have in stock for it?

Chain is toast. I can find a chain locally, but won't replace one without doing the sprockets at the same time. Just one portion of the chain has worn badly. It goes from too tight to too loose in one revolution.

Already spent 4 days in the Trauma Ward. Got 4-6 weeks before I will be able to walk unaided again and 6-9 weeks of my arm in a sling from a broken shoulder and then rehab. The Tiger is a total loss, but they got the guy and I got a mean lawyer!

Damn!

Hope you're not going after an "uninsured motorist". Guessing that the fact he/she/it was in a Jag may be a good thing as far as at least that part is concerned.

He is insured, has plenty of assets and a very bad driving record.

I agree with that. I hate big cities, especially when you have to do a stupid circle just to go to one spot due to one way streets!
