Laugh Have Fun

Love to join all of you but business calls. I'll be down in Riverside Sat. If all goes well I may take the long way back and stop at the camp in the eve.
I'll be riding for half a week down in Borrego Springs in 2 weeks.
Play hard and don't none of ya get lost.

Steve, I was just hoping to see you guys in the AM...if you all get out of there early enough, maybe it will happen. I will be staying the night in Westlake Village(near Malibu), and then riding out around 8AM tomorrow morning.

The new bike rides great, and I was pleasantly suprised to find that they made a mistake on the mileage...only 550 miles on the clock! (I was told 2100, originally!)

Tom....you NEED to come, bro. You'll be kicking yourself if you dont.

Alright...I'll post up when I leave tomorrow morning, if not sooner.

It's 10:45 and I've just finished my chicken pot pie!

But can I go to sleep? It will be hard. Stevele and I have nearly all the food etc packed. The excitement is building; 7AM will come fast! Steve.

K will be fine. We will undoubtedly have an A group ride (or at least a B+ ride) but there will be other rides that will be less challenging with the Wilson's Crew.

Er realizing of course ... you will likely read this after we get back

I am bringing (3) 500ml containers (basically "OH SHIT I AM DRY" cans) that you and Tarmacter are splitting/carrying. I will also have (3) 1000 ml containers on my back that are my backups. Steve also carrys (2) 1000 ml (crushed to about 70% original capacity) containers that I have NEVER seen him use as well.

Layne and I got about the same milage last time out, so figure Lanye, Taramacter and myself are going to run out at the same time (range approx 80 miles safely without deep soft sand) and shit outa luck around 95 miles. The good news is, Layne has GPS (Er ... I think?) and we can start keeping an eye out for gas stops nearby with it if we get lost and worried about fuel. Steve is the super tanker with a total of 5 gallons (roughly) and we can use the bottles to transfer fuel from one bike to another if we really get fooked.

Gah .. I think my liquior .......... *passes out*
