On a recent trip from Key West to Prudhoe Bay - this setup worked very well. The Ortlieb bags are worth every penny (IMHO).

Mine, taken today before I left home for another trip.

I just had the bags put on, and the taller windscreen installed.

Coming home from WestFest 07.

Last night of camping before 100 miles of forest roads home, notice the ice and beer, there was another 12 bottles shoved in every nook and cranny

Here ya go...a few years ago in Chapalilla, Mexico...

Another trip in Mexico, in Baja. The TL1000S actually made a pretty good sports touring machine...

The Daytona 1200...man did that thing like gasoline...

Another Baja trip...that KLR held its own...

My Ninja and Jerry's 954 fully loaded for a 5 day trip through South East BC this July (and that includes a first aid kit in my bag ... Jerry brought sneakers & jeans instead :p )

To compare, the Ninja and 954 fully loaded last year at Mt St. Helen

Hmm not much difference ;)

Pack light. Go fast
