^^ i have one of those in my garage, minus the big fairing, and i cant tell if that one has pedals or pegs, but its a puch 50cc moped ish bike, no pedals and its called one thing, pedals, and its called another.

In England there were rules governing what constituted a 'moped' vs a m/bike - at 16 you could ride a 50cc moped but not a motorbike ...a moped was defined by having to have pedals! They could lock in place as footrests but could also turn and start the engine as I understand (many mopeds were modded, as looks like this one, to be little boy pocket rockets) Many manufacturers made bikes with pedals for this market and without for others, In SA for example we did not have this Pommie law and could have a 50cc bike with pegs but only progress to above 50cc at 18. Now 'kids' can ride 125cc at 16!

kind of looks like it, huh? i think it is. if you zoom in on the rear you can see through the disc and into the empty drum. i'll check if i see it again.
