OK not technically an airplane but this does relate to aircraft

1910 Portable Airship Hanger from Farnborough Airfield (UK) now located in the IQ Business Park that is located within the old boundary fence of the original airfield.

Thats a tough call.

So far its the airplane. Just got the bike 2 weeks ago and spent all day today repairing the front master cylinder.

exhaust valve
Aero Exhaust valve

Sorry no m/cyl photo but something to think about. I've been using this sodium filled exhaust valve as a paper weight for 40 yrs. Its frm a Radial Aero engines my Dad used to "run in" during the war.

photd next to an Australian 20c piece. = 29mm dia.

valve size ......Head dia = 3 1/16" (78mm)
Stem length = 5 7/8" (150mm)
Weight = 15.8oz (448g)

As a comparison the 1966 Honda RC149 5 cyl 125 GP engine had a BORE size of 35.5mm x 25.14 stroke.

PS.. the radial did not rev to 20500rpm..
