Break at least one mirror every year seems to be my destiny.....and it always sucks. Considering how much satisfaction I get from splitting West Los Angeles traffic, a mirror or two sacrifice to the Moto gods is to be expected.

KTM Folding mirror notes:
There are 2 ways to adjust the hinge, one is to set the angle and tighten it down. The other method which I prefer : use a little blue loctite on the allen threads and only snug the hinge allen. Now you can adjust the elbow as needed on the move. (traffic splitting or off road or) This way the mirrors save themselves...too. If you want both allen heads on the hinge to face you, you can disassemble one hinge and flip the mirror stem elbow. |
