Buy bike, spend hours meticulously placing decals on bike to impress other inmates, female cager cuts you off and ruins all that hard work as you use panniers as some kind of friction based braking system, curse cager under breath, suck up to insurance company, fix bike, buy all new decals, rinse and repeat..

Just ordered up a few adv decals to adorn an adventurous VStrom and its rider's helmet. Not that there is any "adventure riding" being done in Montana or the Northwest . . . :) Thanks much!!

Got a couple stickers for bike, patches for textile jackets and flag. Dang, might have to go back and order a big ADV sticker for the truck. 4X4 pickups/Jeeps = ADV Heavy Division

Question, I've bought the Toureg ADV small decals. The instructions mention that they are not to be applied to a plastic gas tank. This made me wonder if they would go over the protective film kit I have on my Tiger. There is no issue, it works fine. does anyone know what's up with not applying them to plastic tanks?

Most raw polyamide / plastic gas tanks leach fuel vapors thru the plastic skin on a molecular level, after a few weeks, stickers of any kind will be begin to bubble, and then peel off. OEM painted plastic tanks should be ok.

I'm glad I came upon this thread. I didn't know there were decals being sold through this site so I ordered one off of Cafepress for my topbox. I was disappointed when I got it because it didn't look quite right and wasn't reflective at all.

Just placed an order for a real one to replace the crap one I've got now!
