I recall riding the Cleveland National Forest with one or two insurance agents, but I can't remember exactly who it was. I have a few questions to ask about my current policy but no one to answer them. I am only interested in motorcycle insurance as I have the rest covered. Quick question for the locals... I'm up at Lake arrowhead now and would like to make it to big bear on trails. I don't have a ton of time so I'm looking more for fire roads than single track... If I leave on the road that goes past cedar glen will I make it? Is there a faster way, without taking the pavement? Thanks!

take Hwy 18 to Green Valley Lake to Crab Flats. you could go to Big Pine Flats, then to Coxey Truck Trail or Holcomb to Van Duesen to Big Bear.

Take the road up past deep creek. My parents live in cedar glen so we ride up there a lot. Once you go overthe cement bridge it gets a little rocky for a short time but once up the hill it's fast fire road. The crossing at devils hole is actually faster to big bear but you may get your feet wet crossing. A group just went there a few weeks ago and maintained that crossing at devils hole so I should be no problem. Hurry up though as they are expecting snow and rain up there tomorrow.
