Gs rescue

Nice work fellas! We had an 8gs take a dive off one of the sides of the trail in CNF last year, but we couldn't get it out. Yes, he was on street tires. No, he wasnt standing up. We had to leave it there! Miraculously, a mtb rider found it upright on the trail and posted it here on this forum. Pretty amazing, but I would have rather had you guys there instead. Good job.

Yes it was heavy, but we got that fat bitch going on the middle of the hill without turning it around!

Fire extinguishers

Do any of you ride with a fire extinguisher.

if so, what kind and have you ever had to use it.

I know it's off topic and all but look at the last few pages and see all the off trail off's.

brush is getting dry and we all have to be careful.

Yes, usually Modelo or Tecate. And if I don't have one on me I have one ready to come out my self-propelled fire hose. I actually used it one time to put out an electricla fire on the 605-105 interchange. You should've seen the guys eyes open when he watched me piss all over his engine, and then he had to thank me for it...............

Sean, how do you put a fire out with a spark arrester?

good to know you guys will be there with the piss if needed, but that was a given.

Strega packs that on the trail.
Plenty of rope and 3 pulleys.

I'll bet it comes in handy when someone chucks a bike down the trail (or if you have a "healthy" girlfriend, I guess ).

Thanks Grinchy poo. I climbed waaaaay up the side of the hill to reach the nearest tree and mickey-moused a pully system to try to get more leverage. I'm no mountaineering pro but we had to try. Still wouldn't budge.

This was last year for those of you just joining us.

Hahaha, Seawolfe just walked in! So random. Cheers to the riders!
