Hey Noel, what up brudda? I'll try and link Yahoo map, but directions from LA are:

5 south
91 east
55 south
off at Chapman Ave east
Follow Chapman thru Orange (do the speed limit), over the hill and continue on Chapman. Chapman becomes Santiago Canyon Road. Follow SCR, pass Irvine Lake on the left, in about 3 miles turn left on Silverado Canyon Rd and follow to the gate. Do the speed limit in the canyon too.

You comin down?

thinkin bout it..riden on sunday at glen helen,but i got the ride itch and ive only been over there on my harley,if i dont get to out of hand tonite ill be there trucking it

Looks like we may get light rain overnight and even a little during the ride on Sat. I am ok with that, it will probably be light drizzle like we have been getting. It drizzled last time I was up there, it was actually kind of nice. Just dont want everyone to look out the window, see rain, and bail.

I was out at Wildomar testing out a new helmet camera. I was trying it in a few different mounting positions to see how it works. This is my first video and I'm still learning how to edit and compress video.

The camera is the VholdR Contour HD and is the first reasonably prices HiDef helmet camera. Problem is the video files are huge. This is down sampled from full resolution and compressed a little but I think it is still better than standard resolution video. Anyways let me know what you think.

Nice video Randy, I want to get one of those and yours has great resolution. Is Wildomar green sticker? You coming Saturday morning to Maple Springs?

Green sticker is OK at Wildomar in the OHV area. I had the place to myself on Wed. I think it gets busy on the weekends.

I can't make it this weekend. I have to change the wheel bearings and front brake pads on my DR350.

Skyline is usually open, but because the gate's in Riverside County not Cleveland National Forest, sometimes it's locked when it needn't be.

Bedford has been open for months.

Maple Springs has been open for months.

Indian Truck Trail is still closed.

Main Divide to the peak has been open a couple of months.

Access to Main Divide off of Ortega Hwy has been open a couple of months.

Guys - made it home. I washed the front end and crashed. I popped the exhaust off the header pipe and broke the subframe on the left side. I limped it back out to Hell's Kitchen then home.
