Laugh

While technically not MY bike, it was mine for the term of the rental agreement.

The guy on the bench was a friendly bloke I met there, Steve I believe his name was. This is smack in the middle of Putty Road in NSW between Sydney and the Hunter valley. And oh yeah, those are really the pumps you use for fuel.

A fill up at a well know Adventure Rider stop in Arkansas last April

A fill up at Baker, Utah. I'm on the Utah side at that time. A few more feet , then on the Nevada side.

Hey Gaspipe!

Here's one for you in N. Nevada - a guy from Peru (no Spanish) hand pumping special, high altitude 92 octane refined in Reno from a 55 gallon drum. "how many gallons? (all hand signals)" - "uhhhhh, 2?"

ok, fine. I'll play.. here's one from a ride deep in the mountains of Idaho along the Salmon River last summer.. we had ridden about 100 miles through the mountains and was hoping there was fuel to be had here.. this was the only building other then cabins in the area. The pumps actually still work except they use electric instead of hand pump.. problem was they were out of fuel and it was at least 60 miles to the next fuel up in Montana.. which was just about my maximum range.. we made it the next day with my bike running on fumes..

And here is a piece of heavy equipment airing up the Cavalier...

Sorry to mess up your thread.

Shortly after stopping at the Sanders Cafe (the original Kentucky Friend Chicken), where we saw some of the heaviest equipment still in use today ) we stopped for gas along I-75.

I was convinced this little lady had been following our aroma all along

I decided to follow suit (NoMystery this is for your post) and buy out their stock of bubble tape...

and yes, that's all of it. In my mouth. At once

No plates - no gas - unofficial gas station with drunk attendants - too friendly!
