Had to do some searching to find this one - thank GOD for the Zumo's in-built maps I was on fumes.
Good lesson learned for how far you can ride at 80km/h if you have to find fuel; the HP2's economy was about 20km/L @ 80km/h

Had to ask around, but this guy sold gas out of the blue barrel for less than the typical Pemex. Well, I think it was gas.

I saw you guys just outside of La Purisima! There were three of us. A clanking KLR, a KTM 640e and my Orange 640 Adventure. You guys were alongside the road taking pictures.

Then I headed over to where my girlfriend works. Greg, the boss, followed us outside and kept trying to tell me about how he went to Las Vegas one time on a motocycle. I was like, "oh-kay, that's great Greg."

Just back from Prudhoe Bay, IMO it was really worth the trip, AK is a beautiful place & you need lots of time to take it all in. I'm looking forward to returning & exploring some places i didn't have time to ride.RIP Ron Melton
