Some very nice examples. That last one looks to have a lot of XS parts (engine (duh), frame, swingarm, tank) with just some well chosen upgrades (forks, fenders and shocks). Really well done. Tree, Is it yours?

A few weeks ago, Derek Rickman was in town for an evening hosted by a local bike shop.
I had to ask him if he and his brother ever made a specific frame for the XS 650. He said no, but he thought it'd be an easy swap with just a change of motor mounts from a Triumph. I saw a Rickman-framed XS 650 Dualsport on a Canadian forum once, Lovely bike. Chip

This thread is giving me some expensive toughts. I'm a 2-stroke junkie through and through but it if I had to own an old 4-stroke one of these bikes sure would do the trick.
