Wow, thank you. I've seen that bike before but never noticed the double-shear bracket between the rear master cylinder and the pedal pivot. That answers quite a bit on my bike.

has anyone ever seen a RD350LC set up as a flat tracker? The aircooled versions are fantastic but I don't think I've ever seen a LC version.

Can it be done?

Flattrackers don't run a front brake, or rather can't run a front brake by rule. On the other hand, front brakes are allowed on TT tracks.

And from the track perspective...
Flat Track is: go fast, turn left, repeat.
TT can be: go fast, turn left, turn right, jump, repeat.
