No pics yet, but purchased a new 07 Versys for my wife and a new 07 KTM Adventure 990 for myself at the cycle show a few weeks back here in Calgary.

Paid $6700 + 5% GSP for the Versys so I figured it was a pretty sweet deal. Will post some pics as soon as I take delivery of the bikes (hopefully next week).

You might want to give her the KTM after you start riding the Versys.

Went for a ride today before the snow moved in. Just started snowing on us when we got home. You can see few snow flakes in the top picture. It is all white now.

Oops, looks like I posted this in the wrong thread perviously. :|

Hi. Just sayin hello from the UK.

I got my Versys just before Christmas. I had the factory panniers and the vario screen as free upgrades on mine.

I recently just added a set of hand guards. Its pretty cold over here at the moment and I needed something to stop a bit of wind going to my gloves. They are KTM guards, but with a bit of twisting I managed to make them fit.

Here are some pics of my baby.

Sans saddles (and a bit dirty)

Fat arse!

Looks like another nice ride William! It was 6-degrees here this week! Hopefully I will be able to ride tomorrow.

You can add another new Versys to the list. I finalized the paperwork last night. Since it was snowing at the time, I asked if the dealer could deliver it to me, which they did this morning.

I purchased the KTM guards and a Tourmaster heated vest while at the dealership last night and installed both of those items today. The roads still have snow & ice on them in places, so I haven't taken it out yet, as much as I wanted too.

Kawasaki side-bags are on order, but I'm told they're back-ordered for at least 4 weeks. That sucks, but I'm sure I won't miss them too much at this time of year. I'm also thinking of ordering the crash bars and maybe the Givi top rack.

Oh, I removed the dealer sticker from it as well. I hate those things...

I think the main factor with this bike is that its just such good value for money.

I paid 4399 all in, with all the upgrades. It's one hell of a lot of bike for the money.

Does anyone know what kind of HP the Versys makes? The Kawasaki site doesn't seem to list it. Only torque. Something about this bike is calling to me. I need to find a stand-in while I wait for the F800GS to arrive in the US. Any information on the power and smoothness of the engine would be helpful.
