Does anyone have any experience running Tourance 150/70/17 on a Versys?
How was it? Was milage + or- 10k miles?

I did I used PPG base coat and 3000 clear.

According to PPG, the paint code is 911264. Maybe this will help someone else down the road...

Passion Red it just takes two colors to mix it. D752 243.3 grams and D979 11.5 grams. We did not use a paint code ,we mixed it by using a Profit to read the pigment of the paint. Works a lot better. I think there are pictures of my other Versys in this thread.

Thanks a bunch william... the more info I have for my paint guy, the better.

I was just at the bookstore (with my 3-year-old) thumbing through the June 08 issue of Sport Rider magazine. They raced a Versys at Daytona! Pretty cool article, I'll spare you the details as I'll surely get something wrong.

As a matter of fact, they do. Your feet are a little high, but I imagine you'd get used to it. If nothing else, it gives you a different place to put your feet on a long trip. They feel sturdy enough!
