I went by Deadwood Rd last week with Phil and Heath and noted that snow machines were parking there and running up the Deadwood Road.
Anyone know if it's open only to snow machines of if it'd be open to 'whatever'? (ie motorcycles with chains....) ![]() RWC

Pack light
Ryan, I wanted to thank you for the D&B saddlebag idea that I saw on your XR at HT this weekend. On my way home I stopped and picked one up $15. I had to do a little alterations ot make it fit right, and some costom hold downs. here are a few pics.

I figured Craig was hard-core enough to make a set of chains... the least I can do is set aside an afternoon to follow him in case he goes ass-over-tea-kettle.

![]() I don't sew, so I ended up cutting mine, and riveting them together in a fashion that set them the right distance off my seat. Also, a tip... if you want them to last multiple seasons, run a bead of shoe-goo along all the stress seams and it'll make the bags last a REALLY long time. Granted, for $15, you can just go grab another pair too. I've got 3 seasons on mine and they're still in one piece... so far.

What bags are those and where did you get them? I've been looking for something small enough, cheap enough, and light enough to throw on the KLX and not need racks.

must be closer. The tigers are leaving their lairs and starting to sniff the wind. Saw a second tiger on my way in this morning.
